1.2 By entering this Competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2.1 The Competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Entrants must be in possession of a valid South African driver's license.
2.3 Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, agents, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must: Enter once using any of the following methods: Via the official link or QR code provided in marketing materials. On WhatsApp, send the copy of your till slip to qualify for the competition.
3.2 Upon registration, entrants will be asked: For their consent to receive future marketing communications. Their full name and contact details and if they have a valid Driver's License To upload a valid proof of purchase showing they purchased any 3 participating products from the listed suppliers during the promotional period.
3.3 The entry period begins on 20 October 2025 and ends on 31 March 2026. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
3.4 There is no limit to the number of valid entries per person.
3.5 The Organiser is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or late entries.
4.1 Grand Prize: One (1) Suzuki Super Carry vehicle (manual transmission) with standard accessories.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4.3 All costs related to insurance, licensing, registration, or any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
5.1 Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
5.2 The draw will take place on the stores chosen date 2026. The winner has to be present at the draw to be eligible to win.
5.4 The Organiser reserves the right to verify all details before announcing the winner.
6.1 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during entry within 7 business days of the draw.
6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or if they fail to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7.1 The winner must collect the prize in person and provide valid identification and proof of a valid driver's license.
7.2 The Organiser will arrange for the prize to be handed over at a mutually agreed location and time.
8.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9.1 The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize.
9.2 The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, that may affect entry submissions.
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
10.2 The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
